yahooo!!...losing my weight..

Salam..u know my weight was losing..start from
85.3kg (lastweek) to 83.2kg (today)....
it's good news..i'm never give up..!!
Please take note!!!
  • sit-up about 20times
  • skipping about 100times
  • clear out toxic using detox patch at night (during sleeping)
  • 2b model about 2 times after eat
  • no eat heavy food after the 2nd last of 2b model..
It's about my daily diet programs..

Dicipline is the way to success!!!!!
